Headquartered in Skaneateles, N.Y., Memoire has been a trusted industry leader since its inception in 1984. Memoire will operate as a totally independent subsidiary. Doug and Nancy McDowell, co-owners of Memoire, will continue in their roles, and plan no changes to the Memoire organization.
