Elva began her jewelry career in 1966 working part time while in college at a jewelry store in Wilkes Barre. She opened Valentine's Jewelry in 1982 in its present location in the picturesque Back Mountain. She is the CEO. Elva is a frequent presence in the store but appointments with her are recommended.
